Mike Phillips, is an MBA graduate of Manchester Business School and an ex director of both PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, the world’s top two leading accountants and management consultants. During the Nineties led consultancy projects from Moscow to New York, primarily focused on e-commerce and marketing issues within the retail and FMCG sectors.
Prior to these roles, Mike wrote for several years for the Financial Times in London, where he authored reports on commercial and consumer issues whilst a freelance consultant to the UK Government’s DTI. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

After earlier studies at Balderstone Community High School where he achieved ten GCSE’s across all major subjects, Imran then went on to take A Levels at Oldham Sixth Form College in Biology, Chemistry, IT, and AS Mathematics. After Oldham SFC, he graduated from the University of Salford, with a BSc in Business Information Systems.

He has extensive experience of Microsoft ecosystems, Server virtualisation, Security and database architectures and is able to produce high quality, reliable and sustainable environments for both development and production oriented scenarios where access to information is mission critical this is achieved by utilising high end hardware layered with specialist toolkits from both closed and open source vendors.
Petr studied for 8 years at Jicin High School for Talented Children, Czech Republic and finished this school in 2006 with passes in Mathematics, English, German, Czech, Economics and Computer sciences. From Jicin, Petr was awarded a place at the Faculty of International Relations, University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic, where he completed his bachelor degree in early 2009. He is now attending a master’s degree course prior to starting his doctorate.
At Purepages Group, Petr works as an open-source languages programmer. He specialises in writing, inter alia, PHP, Mod Perl and Ajax. He also constructs major database systems for the company using MySQL and wrote PureAdmin, the back office system for controlling all the websites the company created, designed and coded in 2007 and 2008.
His current major project is www.nice2give.com, a web portal that allows consumers to contribute to charity for absolutely nothing. The system uses the concept of affiliate marketing commissions to generate much needed funds for any of the 414,000 UK registered charities. One of the main issues with this project is the integration of all information sources with different architecture and creating a superfast search engine that gives relevant results for all the queries.
Ian Brodie is an MBA graduate (distinction) from Manchester Business School and has over 21 years business development experience gained from his consulting and business management roles over this period. Whilst head of marketing for corporate services at ICL, Ian developed 4 new service products and introduced them to the market within one year.
Most recently he has worked with several leading banks and solicitors on business development using referrals and social media marketing, plus some NHS projects on senior staff and hospital strategy formulation
Dr Tim Djossou, a French national, is a very experienced programmer with over 25 years at the front line of quality coding and was one of the first UK developers to write in Microsoft language, ASP .Net, as soon as the first beta edition appeared during the 1990s. He still continue to develop for this platform
Experience
Tim has managed and directed the website www.oilandgasjobsearch.com since its migration to ASP.NET in the early 2000. He was part of the team responsible for the conception of the system and has been closely following the evolution of the system. To date has an input into all the phases of its evolution. He is also currently responsible for the maintenance and evolution of the system.
Oilandgasjobsearch.com is one of the main recruitment job boards in the oil and gas industry, it is on the first page of Google for ‘oil and gas jobs’ most of the time in the first three listed in the natural search results. It is used by all the main recruiters in the oil and gas industry.
Tim is also in charge of the conception and development of the www.recruitmentreviews.com, a Web portal designed to help candidates looking for work or careers to pick the best employer and to raise employer’s profile. Before coming to the UK Tim has been writing software for French banks: BNP, Credit Lyonnais, Credit Agricole. In the UK he has also written software for Barclays Bank Plc

Interests
Tim has had a specific interest in the correctness of computer programs since 1980 i.e. how to use Mathematics to insure that a computer program does what it is supposed to do. He uses Mathematics to convert requirements into concepts in order to minimise misinterpretations in the requirements.
Rick left the University of Bolton in 2009 with a degree in Internet Systems Development. He also has qualifications in Engineering and is a member of the professional body for Information Technology, the British Computer Society.
Whilst at the University of Bolton, Rick implemented an online calibration record system for his then employer, John Crane Ltd. The system was successfully used to ensure the smooth operation of the calibration of equipment in the Research and Development Laboratories. He also studied client server communications and the professional issues involved with working in the Information Technology field.
At Purepages Group, Rick is the Social Media Manager and is responsible for the company’s social media accounts including Facebook and Twitter. He also manages the weblogs of the Purepages Group staff.
Additionally, Rick is researching cutting edge search engine optimisation techniques.
